We train practice-ready litigation officers. Skilled litigation officers or assistants protect lawyers, law firms, and legal teams from the "trivial", allowing them to focus on their core roles.

Unfortunately, the norm in local practice is for accidental career entry into support roles in law firms and legal departments. These staff come with little formation in the basics of support roles and much less, the rudiments of litigation support.

The price paid in time and effort to bring them up to the level of required knowledge is costly. This is further compounded by the high churn rate of these personnel: they do not understand their environment and are happy to exchange it for another.

Our mandate is clear: to train litigation officers and assistants who become stars through learning and practice: alert, competent, solution-oriented, ethical and highly sought-after by law firms and legal departments.

We bridge the gap between formal academic training in tertiary institutions by upskilling graduates with relevant litigation assistance skills.
