Background
This document sets out the admission philosophy, criteria, and process for the MRPD Certificate Programme offered by Africa Practice Academy (APA). The MRPD programme is designed to help participants engage mentorship responsibly, develop reflective thinking, strengthen professional judgment, cultivate personal discipline, and translate guidance into action.
Admission philosophy
The MRPD (Mentorship Readiness & Professional Development) Certificate Programme is a structured professional development experience with selective fellowship elements. The admission process seeks participants who demonstrate seriousness of purpose, openness to mentorship, and readiness for disciplined growth.
